As a full time internet marketer who makes his whole living from the net, I still have to pinch myselfwhen I see the speed at which society is changing and adopting everything net related.

I sell something to someone, somewhere in the world ,every single day of my life....

If I don't actually make a sale then I facilitate a sale or at the very least generate a lead into someone else's sales funnel. This happens every day and has done for the past year like clockwork.

What I'm seeing now that I find very exciting is the way in which people are starting to purchase the everyday things that are readily available in stores. Heck I even find myself doing it.

All we really had to do was to wait for the technology to catch up with themarket who wants to use it...and now it has!

Really it's phenomenal to witness what's happening in internet marketing these days.

I find myself gobbsmacked at just how far we have come in so short a space of time.

From a marketing perspective it's quite accurate to say that any one with a bit of desire can setup, own and run a successful store on the net.

From the beginning there were websites selling products but they were few and far. How things have changed! Now any half decent webmaster can organise affiliate products or outsource and even drop ship merchandise from an online shop that he runs from his basement.

I used to be hard to find secure and inexpensive shopping software upon which to center your internet mega store. Now the hardest decision is choosing between all the potential suitors for services to your online biz.

When ecommerce did start to take root it was certainly somewhat limited in useabilitybut not anymore. All of that has changed  with the inception of cheap shopping cart software.

And if you don't want to buy the software for your super store you can just rent it instead from companies like 1st shopping cart. hey charge a monthly fee to handle most of your ecommerce activities. You just choose your products and get buyers to you site and they'll do the rest.

One guy is making a great living through selling things that you mightn't normally associate with online marketing ....like childrens furniture ,

In my own online biz I cater for people wishing to sell their own property.

While I'm doing that one of my friends is making a name ( and a sizeable income ) for himself in selling products like a  cot mattress  and other baby related things such as a baby playpen 

This is the way of the future so don't think any longer that you can only sell ebooks to other marketers.

The online sales of everyday items will only grow as people get ever more comfortable with the concept.

So I suggest you just embrace the change and learn how to profit from it because there has never been a better time to be doing internet marketing.
